With «666 – The Group Piece» Nils Amadeus Lange, Annina Machaz, Maria Metsalu and Teresa Vittucci place the classic figure of reference of radically feminist aesthetics at the centre of their work: The Witch. The witch as ultimate figure of resistance – against the hegemony of patriarchy and against the capitalist mode of production – is being transferred into a contemporary field of action. In a space between trade fair and modern dance concert new witch techniques are explored: Healing, magic, care and witchcraft are practiced using the means of the digital and virtual.
